Welcome to the WanzWay, Learning your way... (WW) the app, owned and operated by Barry Wansbrough. By accessing or using the App, you ("you," "your, "user) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). if you do not agree, you may not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent, guardian, school, or authorized representative agree to these Terms on your behalf!

Eligibility

  • The App is intended for use by students, tutors, parents, schools, and educational organizations,
  • Users under age 13 (or the minimum age required by law in their jurisdiction) must have parental or guardian consent.
  • By using the App, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not share your account with others or impersonate another person.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree that WanZWay is only a helper and does not guarantee successful results.

Permitted Use

You may use the App solely for educational and instructional purposes, including:

  • Accessing learning modules and resources.
  • Participating in tutoring or peer learning activities.
  • Tracking and reporting progress.

You agree not to:

  • Use the WW App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.
  • Upload harmful code or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  • Misuse or misrepresent certificates or volunteer hours issued through the App.
